The end consumers to whom SWATAB contacts or is contacted without having an existing or close customer relationship are referred to as “Potential Customers”.

3.1 Customers
SWATAB processes the following personal information about the Customer.
(A) Name
(B) telephone
(C) Mail Address

The processing of the above personal data is necessary for SWATAB to fulfill the agreement that SWATAB has with the Customer. In the event that this information cannot be processed, the agreement with the Customer cannot be fulfilled. The information is collected from yourself and / or the Customer you represent.

3.2 Potential Customers
SWATAB processes information on name, telephone and email address of Potential Customers. The data is collected from customer communication.

Names and contact details are processed in order for SWATAB to complete the purchase, deliver the goods to the Customer and to otherwise administer the Customer’s orders and to provide service to the Customer before and after the purchase, and to otherwise exercise his rights and obligations under the agreement with the Customer. If the Customer is not an individual company, the processing is carried out with a balance of interests as a legal basis, where SWATAB’s legitimate interest is to be able to fulfill the agreement with the Customer and provide the Customer with good service. If the Customer is an individual company, the legal basis for the processing is that it is necessary for SWATAB to fulfill the agreement with the Customer.
The customer’s social security number is processed when purchasing an invoice. The treatment is carried out with a balance of interests as a legal basis, where SWATAB’s legitimate interest is to be able to determine the identity of the customer.
Credit information regarding the Customer may be processed to enable SWATAB to ensure the Customer’s ability to pay. The treatment is based on a balance of interests where SWATAB’s legitimate interest is to assess the possibility of receiving payment.
The above information is stored as long as it is necessary for the purposes stated above.

4.1.2 Returns, warranty claims and product liability
SWATAB saves information on the Customer’s purchase history as well as any correspondence and documentation regarding the products the Customer has purchased. Such documentation may contain the Customer’s name and other information relating to the Customer. SWATAB saves such documentation for as long and to the extent necessary to enable SWATAB to provide the Customer with qualified service after the purchase, and to handle any complaints, warranty claims and requirements under the Product Liability Act. The data is saved for these purposes with the aid of a balance of interests.

4.1.3 Direct Marketing
SWATAB may also process your email address for direct marketing. The marketing consists of sending SWATAB via e-mail newsletters and offers of goods / services which we consider to be relevant in your professional practice.
Newsletters and offers are sent via e-mail for up to 12 months after the Customer’s last purchase.
Newsletters and marketing emails are sent only on condition that you have not opposed such marketing, and you can choose to unsubscribe from our newsletters and marketing emails at any time. Marketing is done with a balance of interests as a legal basis, where SWATAB’s legitimate interest is to market its products.

4.1.4 Other
In addition to what is stated above, SWATAB may process your personal data if it is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation that requires processing under applicable law, or for SWATAB to be able to establish, enforce or defend legal claims.

4.2 Potential Customers
SWATAB uses Potential Customers’ data for marketing purposes with the aid of a balance of interests. The marketing consists of e-mailing of newsletters and offers that we consider to be relevant to you through previous contacts. Newsletters and marketing emails are sent only on condition that you have not opposed such marketing, and you can choose to unsubscribe from our newsletters and marketing emails at any time. These recipients are only entitled to process your personal data on SWATAB’s behalf when performing a service for SWATAB, eg. to deliver an ordered item to the Customer. SWATAB takes all reasonable legal, technical and organizational measures to ensure that your data is handled securely and with an adequate level of protection when transferring to or sharing with such selected third parties. SWATAB may also disclose your personal information to authorities, eg The Swedish Tax Agency, if we are obliged to do so by law. In the event that all or part of SWATAB’s business is divested, SWATAB may transfer your personal data to a potential buyer of the business.

Credit information regarding individual finances may be processed to enable SWATAB to ensure the Customer’s ability to pay. The treatment is based on a balance of interests where SWATAB’s legitimate interest is to assess the possibility of receiving payment.
The above information is stored as long as it is necessary for the purposes stated above.

4.1.2 Returns, warranty claims and product liability
